The Naked Eye vs Infrared Imaging

This is a photo comparison of the same garage wall. With the naked eye everything looks great. However, with Infrared Imaging you can see there was a water pipe leak. Scary part is, there is literally no signs of it on the exterior wall. If it wasn't for the Infrared it would not have been caught until after escrow. If you don't have a Certified Infrared Inspector what are you leaving up to chance?
